Virabhadrasana III or warrior III pose is an asana that tones the legs and helps us keep our internal and external balance. It’s a very empowering pose increasing confidence and helps us focus and concentrate.
Continue the same movements on the left foot.
*For a beginners approach, use the yoga blocks. Rest your palms on top of the blocks and bring your back leg up. Become comfortable with keeping one leg extended and lifted whilst bringing the balance in the other foot. Look in front and focus your attention on a specific static point, increasing your ability to concentrate and focus, without becoming distracted from anything external.
