Super-fuel smoothie bowl
This delicious Super-fuel smoothie bowl has all the goodness to get you ready and energised for the day ahead. This is a great breakfast meal as it is it is substantial and filled with protein and vitamins. It is vegan, guten-free and quick to make.

I suggest not to use ice in the making of it because ice can slow down the digestive fire. This is an Ayurvedic tip for healthy digestion. Ashwagandha powder is great for helping with stress and anxiety, therefore it is suited well for Vata predominant dosha. However all doshas can take Ashwagandha, however please do not use in excess. I also used another superfood powder by Kianoco, a superfoods powders blend brand which I love. Their products have clean ingredients and they taste delicious. Ingredients:
1 banana (ripe not frozen)
2 oranges
1 tsp of Ashwaghanda powder
2 tbsp of GF oats and seeds mix
1/2 cup of water (you can add coconut water if you have it)
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp of Kiano Berry superfood mix
