MIRIAM INDRIESMiriam is a certified 500-hour Master Yoga Teacher and E-CYT 200 with Yoga Alliance International. With a vast experience of teaching and yoga practice, Miriam is passionate and devoted to the yoga philosophy and has a deep enthusiasm for teaching and promoting the yoga lifestyle around the world. She spent time in India, studying yoga philosophy and advanced asana practice with one of the top yoga masters in Kerala. Miriam is a published author, yoga and meditation teacher and qualified Ayurveda Practitioner, the sister science of yoga. Additionally, she has academic qualifications in Psychology (B.A) and an NLP practitioner (neuro linguistic programming), focusing on behaviour, effective goal setting and strategies for self-development. Passionate about the holistic medicine field, she has also completed studies in Chinese medicine, Body Language and Reflexology.
